Freudenberg Group is seeking a Sales Engineer (f/m/d) to support our France operations from a remote setup. The role focuses on technical and commercial solutions for bearings, pumps, transmissions, and related products.

Expect fieldwork across France with 2–3 overnight stays per week. You will build long-term client relationships, contribute to digitalization efforts, and provide added value through high-end technical solutions to a diverse industrial clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing mechanical products or chemical products for manufacturers or distributors.
• Able to build long-term relationships with customers while achieving results.
• Operational English; German a plus; willing to travel for fieldwork 2–3 nights per week.

• Develop and present technical and commercial solutions for a diverse industrial client base.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and deliver value through high-end product solutions.

Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

Qualifications

• Ideally holding dual technical and commercial qualifications, you have more than 5 years of experience in marketing mechanical products and solutions (bearings, reducers, transmissions, pumps, geared motors, etc.) or chemical products (lubricants, adhesives, plastics, paints, gases, etc.) for a manufacturer or specialized distributor
• You are solution-oriented, enjoy building long-term quality relationships while balancing a results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit. Your English is operational for communication with the Group. German is a plus. You are available for fieldwork involving 2 to 3 overnight stays per week
