Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance in France, combining insurance, prevention and care. We are hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. We’re looking for a fullstack engineer who can ship production features in Python/Flask and React.

Based in Paris or able to work remotely in France or Europe, you will collaborate with medical and product teams to deliver high‑quality software that scales with our growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping prod-quality fullstack features.
• Comfortable with both backend and frontend.
• Ability to design reliable, scalable systems that real users depend on.

Responsabilités

• Develop and ship production-ready features in Python/Flask and React.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, designers, and operations to deliver user-centric software.
• Support and improve the medical software stack and onboarding experiences.
