Alan is transforming prevention insurance across France and beyond. We’re hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada to build self-serve flows, partnerships, and a best-in-class website that converts visitors into members.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research and Product teams to ship scalable, delightful products that drive revenue and improve user experiences at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Engineers with 6+ years of experience who enjoy turning growth challenges and marketing complexity into simple, member-first experiences.
• Good experience building and shipping web applications.
• You're genuinely interested in the business side—understanding conversion funnels, marketing metrics, and what drives growth.
• Clear progression in your career with increasing responsibility, scope, and impact.

Responsabilités

• Build and optimize the Self-Serve Flow to convert prospects into members across markets.
• Support partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, and brand campaigns that enhance Alan's market position.
• Develop and maintain alan.com as a high-traffic platform across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Power marketing engine initiatives across paid, SEO, and AI-assisted channels to scale reach.
