Pernod Ricard is seeking an R&D, Product Lifecycle & Quality Product Manager to drive strategic vision and roadmaps for the Product Family. You will coordinate multiple squads, ensure value realization, and oversee epics, features, and portfolio backlog prioritization.

Key duties include demand management, backlog governance, ROI analysis, and vendor engagement to define editors’ roadmaps and product lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management and roadmapping.
• Strong ability to steer multiple squads and manage backlogs.
• Proven experience with ROI tracking and budgeting for product scopes.

Responsabilités

• Demand Management: collect and arbitrate local and global requests.
• Backlog Management: own EPICs, prioritize and allocate features.
• ITFM: provide product roadmap, forecast resources, analyze ROI and costs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: define vision, editors’ roadmaps, and rollouts with vendors.
• Resource Management: coordinate squads and secure engagement across teams.
