Pernod Ricard is seeking a Global Head of Sensory and Technical Insights in Paris. You will lead the sensory science strategy, build external networks, and translate complex data into actionable business guidance across our diverse spirits portfolio.

Role requires MSc/PhD in related field, proven leadership of global scientific teams, and a strong track record in influencing senior stakeholders. The position offers remote flexibility up to two days weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Sensory Science, Chemistry, Flavour Science, Consumer Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Significant experience in sensory science, product research, consumer science, technical insights, R&D or product development.
• Proven experience building and leading global scientific capabilities or centres of excellence.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leadership and shaping strategic decisions.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the global sensory and technical insights strategy across innovation, renovation and quality.
• Lead generation of technical product insights across spirits categories and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive the development of sensory data platforms, advanced analytics and predictive modelling.
• Build and lead a global community of sensory scientists and panel leadership.
• Represent sensory and technical insights in executive reviews and governance forums.
• Coach teams to strengthen technical expertise and business partnering.
