The Change Partners are hiring a Product Manager for a tier-1 FMCG brand to drive digital products across manufacturing domains. You will own the mid- and long-term roadmaps and collaborate with R&D, Quality and Product Management to improve manufacturing outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional squads, manage backlogs and budgets, and partner with wider PMs to build a connected ecosystem of tools that raise quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience building Digital Products for manufacturing, including Quality, Compliance, Research and Development areas.
• Experience working through multi-matrix and complex business environments.
• Ability to communicate well with both commercial and technical teams.
• Driven and passionate about building new tools and technology that benefit manufacturing.

The Product Manager will be responsible for solutions across R&D, Quality and Product Management across Digital Products to improve manufacturing efforts.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the mid and long term roadmap for the product family.
• Scope, build and deploy new products to drive: Quality & Compliance, R&D and Product Data Management.
• Manage backlogs, demand, PLM, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with both commercial/business and technical teams.
• Work via multiple product squads to delovier products while continually improving processes for efficiency.
• Partner with wider PMs to be able to build a connected ecosystem of products which improve manufacturing quality.

Your background:
