Relief Applications, a humanitarian technology company headquartered in Toulouse, France, is seeking a part-time Proposal Writer to produce high-quality technical proposals for international tenders and expressions of interest. The role is fully remote with 2.5 days per week and requires coordinating with subject-matter experts to meet client requirements.

You will analyse terms, draft methodologies, and ensure compliance and timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards across

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and persuasive content.
• Sound understanding of consultancy services in software development, information management, data, MEAL or data protection.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several proposals in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Analyse Terms of Reference and tender documents to identify client requirements, evaluation criteria and compliance obligations.
• Draft technical proposals covering context analysis, methodology, work plan, deliverables, team structure and quality assurance.
• Verify compliance with administrative and technical requirements, including forms, declarations and formatting.
