Berkeley Payments is seeking a sharp, customer-obsessed Product Manager to drive discovery and delivery for a defined area of our payments platform. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating with senior product leadership and engineering to ensure outcomes.

This role requires a principled approach: translate business goals and compliance constraints into clear, prioritized plans and crisp specifications for engineering.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B, platform, or fintech products.
• Track record of shipping products with measurable business impact.
• Solid product discovery skills: frame problems and validate them.
• Excellent written communication for engineers, managers, and clients.
• Comfort with APIs, data, and system constraints.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own roadmap and delivery for a defined product area with leadership support.
• Run product discovery: talk to clients and internal stakeholders and validate problems.
• Write clear product requirements, acceptance criteria, and decision documents.
• Prioritize ruthlessly within your area and justify tradeoffs.
• Partner with engineering and design from ideation through launch.
• Define and instrument metrics to assess feature success.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across internal teams and clients.
• Treat payments regulatory landscape as core product requirements (PCI DSS, KYC/AML).
• Coordinate with implementation, client success, and delivery teams at scale.
• Contribute to evolving the product operating system and intake processes.
