Job summary

European Payments Initiative (EPI) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a key scope within the Wero mobile app, defining a clear product vision and strategic roadmap. You’ll drive onboarding, activation, engagement and conversion with data-driven decisions and a strong focus on user experience.

You’ll join a Pan-European, fully remote product and engineering team across Germany, France and beyond, collaborating with designers, engineers, QA and banks to translate insights into practical

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, preferably fintech or payments.
• Experience launching consumer mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage iterative development in Agile environments.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and strategic roadmap for the Wero app.
• Drive onboarding, activation, engagement and conversion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe to translate insights into features.
• Balance stakeholder needs with technical feasibility and align with banks and partners.
