Icarus Media Digital is seeking a Senior PPC Manager to own paid search across our SaaS portfolio. This hands-on performance marketing role focuses on bottom-of-the-funnel acquisition with high six-figure monthly budgets and direct visibility into revenue.

You will own strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, optimizing CPA, CAC and ROAS while collaborating with product and data teams to improve acquisition across multiple markets. Fluency in French and English is required.

• 5+ years PPC experience.
• Mandatory Google Ads expertise.
• Microsoft Ads experience.
• Experience with large monthly budgets.
• Performance marketing focus.
• Optimize CPA, CAC and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in French & English.

Responsabilités

• Own Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end to end.
• Build, launch and optimise high-intent search campaigns.
• Scale spend while maintaining CPA, CAC and ROAS.
• Manage account structure, keywords, negatives, bids, budgets.
• Run structured experiments across ads, landing pages and bidding strategies.
• Analyze performance beyond platform metrics and tie to revenue.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking across GTM, GA4 and data stack.
• Collaborate with product, data and engineering to improve acquisition.
• Apply learnings across SaaS products and markets.
