Job summary

EMF Media is hiring a Performance Manager to drive growth across paid media campaigns. You will own end-to-end strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, manage budgets, and optimise for ROAS. Collaborate with Creative, CRO, and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Based in France, this 100% remote role offers a performance-driven culture, ongoing learning, and cross-functional collaboration to scale brands with profitability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance marketing with hands-on execution across paid social and search.
• Mastery of media buying on Meta, TikTok, Google and YouTube.
• Understanding of influencer marketing, email marketing, CRO and attribution logic.
• Experience with DTC or ecommerce brands in beauty/wellness is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns from design to execution.
• Drive budget ownership and monitor performance at a strategic level.
• Define testing priorities and guide media buyers to optimise creatives, messaging, and bidding.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure campaigns align with client goals.
• Work with CRO, UX and landing pages to maximise CVR and ROAS.
