Jobgether SRL seeks a performance-focused digital marketer to own paid search and SEO while contributing across paid social, content, and website optimization. You will manage campaigns, budgets, tracking, and reporting to drive qualified enquiries and broader customer acquisition outcomes.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across platforms and offers a remote setup with international collaboration. 5+ years of experience and strong ROI focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Experience with Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience across technical, on-page, and content SEO.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Search Console.
• Experience with CRM databases and campaign reporting.
• Strong copywriting across ads, blogs, landing pages, and social content.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with budgets targeted to CPA/ROAS.
• Test and refine ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences and targeting.
• Develop and execute technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities across paid and organic search.
• Maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting.
• Monitor enquiries, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality metrics.
• Support paid social campaigns via Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and optimize content for ads, blogs, landing pages, and social posts.
• Maintain website content, landing pages, forms, and tracking systems.
• Assist website optimization and conversion rate improvements.
• Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Connect marketing activity with lead and enrolment outcomes.
