Jobgether SRL seeks a User Acquisition Specialist based in France to manage and optimize paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. You will own campaigns end-to-end, test strategies, and analyze performance to drive scalable client growth.

You will collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers, leveraging proprietary tech to improve efficiency and scale media budgets while communicating results in client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media experience, agency or consumer app preferred.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads is valuable.
• Proven experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of performance metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, retention).
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Organizational excellence in campaign management and QA.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
• Manage multiple client accounts with a focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor key metrics: CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention.
• Analyze campaigns and diagnose changes from creative fatigue or attribution shifts.
• Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale media budgets.
• Maintain campaign hygiene: naming, UTM params, QA checks, docs.
