Jobgether is partnering with a France-based employer to recruit an E-Comm Static Ads Designer. The role focuses on creating high-volume static advertising creatives for e-commerce and performance marketing, spanning Meta, Pinterest, Google Display, and programmatic placements.

You will craft diverse formats, from UGC-inspired to premium brand layouts, with rapid iteration and testing. The candidate should have a strong portfolio, direct-response design experience for DTC or performance

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing direct-response creative for e-commerce or performance marketing campaigns.
• Strong performance-first mindset: ads must drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.
• Expert-level proficiency in one major design tool (Figma, Photoshop, or Canva) with speed and quality.
• Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative and 10+ variations of a concept.

Responsabilités

• Design high-performance static ads for Meta, Pinterest, Google Display, and programmatic campaigns with emphasis on engagement and conversion.
• Create a broad range of formats and styles, including UGC-inspired and premium brand layouts.
• Develop carousels, split-screen comparisons, and other performance-oriented formats.
• Iterate quickly on headlines, backgrounds, typography, layouts, and CTAs based on performance data.
• Maintain an organized design library for efficient versioning and reuse across platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with the team while maintaining a daily 2–3 hour overlap for feedback.
