Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a talented Digital Creative Designer to design and develop digital ad formats using Adobe Creative Suite and Locala’s Ad Builder platform. You will ensure brand consistency across mobile, desktop, DOOH and CTV, and layout ad creatives.

You will collaborate with the design team, track campaign performance, research trends, and brainstorm new advertising experiences for clients. Fluency in French and English is required, with strong HTML5/CSS3 basics.

Qualifications

Fluent French and English required.
Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 integration required.
Advanced skills in Photoshop and After Effects, with strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Ideally 1–3 years of agency experience or equivalent.
Experience working with global brands and delivering impactful campaigns.

Responsabilités

Design and develop digital creative ad formats using Adobe Creative Suite and Locala’s proprietary Ad Builder platform according to client requirements.
Apply and uphold clients’ brand identities across digital ads (mobile, desktop, DOOH, CTV).
Layout and design ad creatives.
Understand and work within the constraints and limitations specific to mobile environment development and creation.
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain clear communication within the design team.
Track and analyze campaign ad performance metrics to ensure ads deliver results and exceed client expectations.
Research consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging technologies that could influence the effectiveness of different advertising methods.
Brainstorm ideas for new advertising experiences or services that could be marketed to consumers.
