Jobgether is seeking a Visual/Web Designer to shape polished digital experiences across marketing sites and landing pages. This project-based role offers significant ownership and collaboration with researchers, strategists, and developers in a remote European setting.

With 3+ years of professional design experience, you will craft scalable design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for desktop and mobile, while translating research into practical interface solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, agency/tech or freelance background.
• Strong portfolio with polished UI for desktop and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for structured, scalable designs.
• Experience translating research into practical interface solutions.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, color, grids, and reusable patterns.

Responsabilités

• Design digital experiences across marketing websites and landing pages from concept to hand-off.
• Define visual language, directions, interfaces and scalable design assets.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Develop wireframes, flows, process maps, and site maps to communicate concepts clearly.
• Produce high-fidelity UI designs for desktop and mobile with strong usability and visual quality.
• Translate user needs and data insights into intuitive interfaces.
• Present concepts and milestones to clients and internal teams; gain alignment.
• Collaborate with researchers, strategists, designers, developers, and stakeholders.
