Job summary

Kestra is seeking its first dedicated People lead to own recruitment and HR operations across multiple countries. You will partner with the founders and hiring managers to scale a distributed team, shaping processes from sourcing to equity management and onboarding.

You will collaborate with Administration, Workplace Operations and Finance to coordinate contracts, payroll, benefits, and local compliance, while developing a clear, scalable people strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience growing People/HR in a scaling company.
• Evidence building end-to-end recruitment and closing offers.
• Experience recruiting across functions and markets, with evidence of performance.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment from sourcing to signed offers across functions.
• Coordinate contracts, payroll partners, EOR, benefits, and time off across countries.
• Design onboarding that sets expectations and builds connections from day one.
• Lead compensation and performance processes with executives, including equity management.
• Shape distributed-work practices and align with founders on hiring priorities.
• Provide metrics on hiring, headcount and employment costs to guide decisions.
