• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Relevant certifications or master's degrees are advantageous.
• Proven experience in recruitment with focus on marketing technology roles.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, online job boards, ATS platforms and social media.
• In-depth knowledge of US recruitment regulations (H1B, C2C, 1099, W2).
• Understanding of marketing tech platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple positions.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to evolving recruitment needs.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling candidate information.
• Ability to build strong candidate relationships and manage expectations.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the fractional CMO team to understand requirements, skills, and expertise needed for marketing technology positions.
• Employ sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networks, and direct outreach to identify and engage candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of marketing tech professionals with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo and related tools.
• Navigate recruitment terms (H1B, C2C, 1099, W2) for placing candidates appropriately.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth onboarding and transparent communication with hiring managers.
• Stay current with marketing technology trends and evaluate candidates' proficiencies.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions in Zoho Recruit.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activity metrics and progress.
• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
