Altrove is seeking a part-time Procurement & Logistics professional to support purchasing, supplier management, and admin tasks. The role offers a 6-month CDD and permits remote work or Gentilly location near Paris, with 3–4 days per week commitments.

The candidate will manage lab consumables procurement, track shipments (including international), and handle invoicing and supplier follow-ups in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in purchasing or a related field.
• Chemistry knowledge (or tech knowledge and curiosity to discover a new field). Lab experience is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• Familiarity with managing suppliers and delivery follow-ups.
• Ability to effectively push back on suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Order lab consumables, chemicals, and equipments
• Track orders through to delivery, chase deliveries and equipment, manage shipments (including international), and resolve delays
• Make sure invoices are uploaded on our bank platform and chase employees and suppliers for compliant invoices
• Other admin tasks as required
