My VA Support is seeking a highly capable Virtual Accountant Assistant who will work remotely from home, handling payroll data and complex Excel spreadsheets. A high level of English proficiency and QuickBooks experience are essential. The role involves strict attention to detail and timely client support from a home office setup.

Candidates must be based in LATAM and bilingual (Spanish and English). Expect 45 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and strong Excel skills required.
• Experience handling complex spreadsheets and formulas.
• Strong numerical aptitude and financial data skills required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google apps needed.
