Job summary

IXO Inc. seeks a remote accounting contractor to produce schedules and test AI-followed accounting logic. You will build ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718 schedules and reconciliations, and prepare disclosures.

The role requires an active CPA, strong US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel with QuickBooks experience. Remote, approx. 10 hours weekly; rate $121/hour and scope agreed before start.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in any US state.
• Experience with close, audit and reporting workflows.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and footnotes.
• Advanced Excel modeling; QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Excel schedules for ASC 606, ASC 842, ASC 718, deferred taxes and consolidations.
• Summarize impacts, policies and control observations in PowerPoint and memos.
• Create close packets, audit workpapers, tie-outs and disclosures.
• Reconcile flow from subledgers to trial balance and financials.
