Quik Hire Staffing is partnering with a global Information Services leader to hire a Training & Development Specialist for a remote, full-time engagement up to 12 months. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs to elevate employee skills and organizational performance across multiple departments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, create engaging content, and measure impact through evaluation and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze training data and measure impact.
• Instructional design principles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
