JobCubby Partner seeks a Software Engineer with Python/Golang focus to work on Kubernetes-based products from France. You will build operators for lifecycle management and addons for easy integration into production systems, using Python and/or Golang.

You will collaborate with a distributed team, stay current with Kubernetes features, and contribute to open-source efforts. The role offers a fully remote setup with travel 2–4 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
• Professional software development with Python or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop high-quality software features for Kubernetes-focused products.
• Build and maintain Kubernetes operators with lifecycle management.
• Develop Kubernetes addons for seamless integration with minimal ops.
• Write clean, well-tested Python/Golang code.
• Collaborate with globally distributed engineers and partners.
• Keep up-to-date with Kubernetes features and open-source projects.
• Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation.
• Participate in global team collaboration and travel 2–4 weeks per year.
