JobCubby is seeking a Staff Software Engineer - Data based in France to shape a large-scale data platform used for blockchain analytics. You will own critical components across ingestion, processing, and storage, collaborating with product teams and customers in a fully distributed environment.

You will work across Go, Kotlin, Rust, and Python, applying deep computer science fundamentals to address correctness, scale, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping distributed data systems with a solid understanding of architecture, contracts, state management, invariants, failure modes, and scaling.
• Ability to work with ambiguity by engaging product, customers, and engineering stakeholders to define scope and direction.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to turn ambiguous requirements into clear designs and plans.

Responsabilités

• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions, modeling domains and defining interfaces.
• Break complex initiatives into definable work items and sequence delivery to production.
• Own end-to-end critical components from design to production operation.
• Design and build systems for large-scale data ingestion, processing, and data lake storage with strong correctness and performance.
