JobCubby is seeking an Engineering Manager in France for a fully remote, globally distributed team. Lead engineers, shape product outcomes, and balance feature work with technical investments while maintaining high-quality software.

You will remain hands-on with code and designs, guiding the team through roadmap execution, technical decisions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Success to plan the roadmap while balancing features, tech debt and maintenance.
• Coach engineers and help career development in a low-structure environment.
• Remove blockers and improve team processes to increase iteration speed.
• Hire, onboard and develop engineers while building a strong engineering culture.
• Review designs, code, and proposals to identify risks and clarify requirements.
