Job summary

Jobgether seeks an Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo) based in France for a fully remote, full-time position. You will own email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups across D2C and e‑commerce brands, leveraging Klaviyo and AI tools to optimize performance and revenue.

Collaboration with designers and leadership ensures high-quality delivery and timely results. You will extend beyond email to WhatsApp and direct mail efforts, building relationships and driving measurable outcomes while growing

Qualifications

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Independent build and management of email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.
• Copywriting experience with ability to drive conversions.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for managing multiple projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is a plus.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver results.
• Proactive, accountable and committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and performance of email marketing initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate and monitor multiple email marketing projects to meet deadlines.
• Brief and collaborate with design teams for effective creatives.
• Write persuasive copy tailored to brands’ audiences.
• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.
• Support other channels like WhatsApp and print mailings.
• Use AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and revenue.
• Take ownership of outcomes and resolve operational or performance challenges.
