Jobtailor seeks an experienced IT Support professional to provide remote or on-site assistance, resolve incidents, and guide users through updates and common issues. You will document procedures, assist external clients, and deploy workstations while maintaining databases and credentials.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a similar role, enjoy teamwork, and stay current with IT tools. Occasional travel to company sites or client locations is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Organized and curious mindset.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Strong listening and communication skills, with a teaching-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of accounting or business management is a plus.
• Commitment to keeping technical knowledge up to date.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote or on-site assistance and technical support to users
• Answer calls, identify incidents, clarify requests, and resolve IT or telephone system issues
• Process and track requests using the GLPI ticketing system
• Inform and guide users regarding information system updates and common issues
• Write user guides and procedures for IT tools and software
• Provide support to external clients
• Deploy and update workstations
• Manage account creation and deletion during employee onboarding and offboarding
• Update databases, email accounts, and network credentials
• Oversee the installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of workstations and network infrastructure
• Provide support during specific deployments, office relocations, mergers and acquisitions, and hardware or software changes
• Travel occasionally to company sites or client locations for interventions that cannot be performed remotely
