Najar is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and grow a team of IT Procurement Partners while staying hands-on with complex client scenarios. You will unblock deals, model best practices, and drive strategic procurement initiatives aligned with departmental OKRs.

You will report to the VP Procurement and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to evolve the platform and go-to-market decisions. Fluency in French and English is required.

Formación

• 4 to 7 years of IT, SaaS, or hardware procurement experience.
• 1–2 years managing or structuring a team.
• Comfortable operating as a player-coach and getting into deal details.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior client contacts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 5–10 IT Procurement Partners.
• Stay hands-on on client situations, unblock deals, and demonstrate procurement best practices.
• Define best practices, playbooks, and procurement standards; drive OKRs.
• Track team KPIs and performance, and report to VP Procurement.
• Collaborate with VP Procurement to align priorities and ensure consistency across teams.
