Najar is seeking an IT Procurement Partner in Paris to optimize procurement operations. You will ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies and strengthen supplier relationships while working with Finance and IT.

Your Role at Najar

As an IT Procurement Partner (IT Buyer), you will play a key role in optimizing procurement operations, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing strategies, and strengthening supplier relationships. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and maximize value.

Your Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Optimization:
  • Develop and execute IT purchasing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Optimize procurement workflows and supplier selection.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.
• Supplier & Vendor Management:
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Benchmark vendors to ensure best‑in‑class solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management.
• Cost & Performance Analysis:
  • Monitor IT spending and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Track procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain procurement records.

The Recruitment Process
