Najar is seeking an IT Procurement Partner to optimize IT purchasing, strengthen supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective strategies across the business. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to ensure value-driven procurement decisions.

The role offers remote work flexibility with a Paris/IDF base; join a growing team focused on transforming procurement through automation and strategic partnerships.

Our cofounder, who previously led the financial department in another company, experienced the pain around procurement processes and the lack of clarity and information. To solve this, he founded Najar in 2021. In just a few years, we’ve grown to several millions in ARR supporting 200+ customers in France and across Europe, while building a team of 70+ people (including remote employees).

Your Role at Najar

IT Procurement Partner (IT Buyer) – you will play a key role in optimizing procurement operations, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing strategies, and strengthening supplier relationships. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to streamline procurement processes and maximize value.

Your Responsibilities

• Procurement Strategy & Optimization
  • Develop and execute IT purchasing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Optimize procurement workflows and supplier selection.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure cost‑effectiveness and favorable terms.
• Supplier & Vendor Management
  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
  • Benchmark vendors to ensure best‑in‑class solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk management.
• Cost & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor IT spending and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Track procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain procurement records.

Recruitment Process

• HR interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager – 45 minutes.
• Interview with your manager – 1 hour.
• Case study with another Procurement Manager and VP Procurement – 1 hour.
• Culture fit interview with our Chief of Staff – 45 minutes (in our office).
