Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist based in France to drive demand generation across paid, owned and community channels. You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events and community platforms.

The role is execution-focused with ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day optimization, using data to identify opportunities and run experiments that improve results and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong practical paid media expertise combined with broader experience in email marketing, nurture sequences, webinars, events or community marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to personally execute campaigns rather than primarily managing external teams or delegating campaign execution.
• Execution-first mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work directly in marketing platforms on a daily basis.
• Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to identify performance patterns, investigate issues and take proactive corrective action.
• Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed about campaign activity, performance and recommendations.
• Adaptability and comfort switching between different channels and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and campaign execution, with concrete examples of applying AI effectively in day-to-day work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsabilités

• Execute demand-generation campaigns end to end across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community channels such as Reddit.
• Own campaign builds, launches, daily management, optimization and performance improvements across assigned channels.
• Manage campaign timelines and coordinate delivery with the Growth Marketing Manager and wider marketing team.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data and proactively identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences designed to convert event and webinar engagement into qualified pipeline.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are properly configured, automated, integrated and accurately tracked from end to end.
• Research industry developments and competitor activity and translate relevant insights into campaign improvements.
• Test new approaches, channels and campaign variations based on performance data and changing business priorities.
• Maintain a high level of execution quality and attention to detail across multiple campaigns and marketing activities.
