Uproot Clean is seeking a Paid Media Buyer to own the execution and optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, NewsBreak, Pinterest, and native formats. This role is fully remote with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and collaboration with creative teams to improve ad performance.

You will manage budgets, run weekly optimizations, implement testing cadences, and translate platform insights into scalable growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media buying at scale (Meta and Google).
• Experience with attribution and measurement across platforms.
• Comfort with data-driven optimization and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams.

Responsabilités

• Run weekly optimizations across platforms and adjust budgets by KPI.
• Maintain a weekly creative testing cadence with hypothesis-driven tests.
• Run pacing checks and manage spend distribution to hit targets.
• Lead routine reporting with insights and recommended actions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate data into winning ads.
