Bump is seeking an ambitious User Acquisition specialist to lead paid campaigns worldwide from our Paris team. You’ll partner with local content leads, identify events to target, and turn ideas into high-performing ads across major platforms.

You should be hands-on with paid social, particularly TikTok and creator-led efforts, comfortable using data to drive decisions, and excited to collaborate across countries.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns and budgets, ideally for a consumer app.
• A strong understanding of paid social, especially TikTok and creator-led campaigns.
• Comfortable using data to make decisions.
• Experience coordinating projects with different teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excited to work in person with our team in Paris.

Responsabilités

• Find events Bump should be paying attention to, from major festivals to local discoveries.
• Build creator campaigns with in-country content leads, from choosing the right creators to briefing and launch.
• Run and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other relevant channels, owning budgets and performance.
• Turn great creator content into high-performing ads, test new ideas, and scale what works.
• Work closely with content and product to share learnings and make each campaign better.
