Job summary

AItoolnavio is seeking a German Audio Evaluations Specialist for a freelance AI trainer project. The role is remote from France and involves designing realistic German-language customer service scenarios and evaluating AI responses for naturalness and accuracy.

You will review AI-generated audio, analyze results against criteria, and help create reliable datasets to improve model performance. Strong German skills and experience in support or AI evaluation are required.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German with strong reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
• Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or AI evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for objective response assessment.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to perform realistic role-plays.
• Basic programming literacy, familiarity with JSON structures and data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct realistic evaluation scenarios for German audio interactions.
• Assess AI performance against structured qualitative and quantitative criteria.
• Generate diverse evaluation datasets reflecting real-world customer interactions.
• Identify weaknesses in conversational accuracy, clarity, and task completion.
• Follow prompts, rubrics, and guidelines to ensure consistent results.
• Deliver structured feedback to support model improvements.
