Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a German Audio Evaluations Specialist for a freelance AI trainer project. You will design realistic evaluation scenarios, assess AI performance in German conversations across travel, finance, telecom and tech support, and provide structured feedback to improve models.

Remote work in France with a flexible schedule. The role requires native or bilingual German, strong analytical skills, and experience in customer support or AI evaluation. No formal travel required.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German proficiency with strong reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
• Experience in customer support, technical troubleshooting, or conversational AI evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct realistic evaluation scenarios for German audio in travel, financial services, telecom and tech support.
• Evaluate AI-generated audio interactions using qualitative and quantitative criteria focusing on task completion and naturalness.
• Identify weaknesses in conversational accuracy, clarity and adherence to prompts and rubrics.
• Generate diverse evaluation datasets reflecting real-world customer expectations and interactions.
