Job summary

AItoolnavio seeks a Language Alignment & Resource Partner for a freelance AI trainer project, remotely based in France. You will review, annotate, and validate AI outputs to ensure linguistic quality, naturalness, and cultural relevance using your native-language expertise.

You will transform feedback into educational resources and documentation to support continuous improvement, while working independently on project-based tasks to enhance AI communication quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience evaluating or annotating data for language quality.
• Verified English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Native-level proficiency in the target language with strong grammar understanding.
• Ability to document findings clearly and structure guidance.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance.
• Evaluate outputs against established quality standards and project requirements.
• Identify linguistic errors, awkward phrasing, and cultural inconsistencies.
• Act as a quality checkpoint to prevent recurring language issues.
• Analyze quality trends to identify improvement opportunities across AI data tasks.
• Transform feedback into actionable educational resources and documentation.
• Provide linguistic consultation and native-language vetting as projects scale.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to align AI outputs with campaign expectations.
