Qwello is accelerating its French tender activity for EV charging infrastructure. The Bid Manager will own the end-to-end public procurement process, write responses, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing and HQ to win contracts.

The role requires 4–8 years of tender responses, exceptional written French, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines. Travel in France is occasionally required as part of site visits and presentations.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience responding to French tenders in bid management, business development, or technical proposals.
• Outstanding written French, ability to tailor content to criteria and edit own work.
• Able to read tender documents (DCE, RC, CCTP) and translate into compelling arguments.
• Experience coordinating input from Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing and HQ.

Responsabilités

• Monitor French tenders pipeline and qualify opportunities.
• Make go/no-go decisions with Sales Manager based on scoring, price and constraints.
• Lead each tender from launch to award, owning schedule and submission content.
• Draft technical and financial propositions tailored to contracting authorities.
• Coordinate input across teams to maintain a unified voice in offers.
• Develop and maintain a bid library with reusable content for faster responses.
• Analyze results and feed learnings into pricing and strategy.
• Report pipeline, deadlines, win rate and lessons learned to Sales Manager and HQ.
