Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a high-performing bilingual English/French Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-growing international team. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of outbound B2B SaaS experience and a proven ability to generate qualified leads, engage decision-makers, and book sales meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS or tech
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Familiarity with multi-channel prospecting tools (LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
• Strong cold-calling, lead gen, and appointment-setting skills
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and build relationships

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Engage prospects in English and French, adapting to markets
• Identify and qualify B2B leads per ICPs
• Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives
• Research target companies and key decision-makers for personalized outreach
• Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM and track activities
• Nurture relationships to generate opportunities and pipeline
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to optimize outreach and improve conversion
• Meet or exceed monthly outreach, meetings, and pipeline KPIs
