Job summary

Huzzle.com is seeking a high-performing bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in English and French for a fully remote, international role. You will generate qualified leads, book meetings, and support the sales team across global accounts.

With at least 2 years in B2B outbound sales, you will prospect, cold-call, and engage decision-makers while maintaining CRM records. You will collaborate with diverse client teams and achieve KPIs in a remote, target-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an SDR/BDR/outbound role.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level or equivalent) with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
• Track record of booking qualified meetings with B2B decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn in English and French.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within target B2B accounts.
• Generate and qualify leads based on ICPs.
• Book qualified meetings and discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and CRM records of activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outbound strategies.
