Outlier is a global platform connecting experts to AI training projects. French language specialists participate in live, scenario-based conversations with an AI voice model, evaluating responses and providing scores. You control your schedule, work remotely, and can contribute 5–10 hours per week, with potential to scale.

Qualifications

• Native or highly fluent French speaker capable of everyday conversation.
• Experience with improvisation, role-play, or unscripted performance.
• Customer-facing background handling unscripted conversations (service, sales, coaching).
• Experience evaluating or reviewing conversations, calls, or audio content (QA or content moderation).

Responsibilities

• Participate in live, scenario-based French conversations with an AI voice model.
• Listen to and review French conversations to check model adherence to guidelines.
• Score conversations on naturalness, usefulness, and audio quality, with detailed explanations.
