Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist for a fully remote freelance role based in Europe. The candidate will blend creative thinking, copywriting, and performance marketing to craft attention-grabbing concepts and conversion-focused campaigns.

You will work with designers and marketers to move ideas from hypothesis to production, testing, and optimisation while using data to guide creative opportunities across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance creative strategy for paid digital advertising.
• Strong copywriting and creative judgement with outcome focus.
• Portfolio showing performance-oriented campaigns and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance-focused creative concepts, hooks, headlines, body copy, and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Translate audience pain points and insights into compelling advertising ideas and testable hypotheses.
• Own the creative and strategic direction of advertising concepts and how they’re tested.
• Work with designers to translate concepts into high-quality, test-ready assets.
• Create briefs or wireframes outlining core message, visuals, and user response.
• Provide feedback and direct creative iterations through to final execution.
• Analyze CTR, CPA, CVR, frequency to identify opportunities.
• Develop new angles, formats, variations, and hypotheses from data learnings.
• Research trends across Meta, TikTok, competitors for opportunities.
