Lever, Inc. is seeking a Traffic Manager (Freelance) based in France to drive and optimize paid media performance for the UK market.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms, focusing on CPL, lead volume, and ROI with strong autonomy. You will collaborate with international teams in Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX to deliver end-to-end campaigns, implement advanced optimization techniques, and report KPI-driven results that translate into

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across Search, Social, and Native channels.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads is highly desirable.
• Experience with Taboola or Outbrain is a plus and UK market knowledge is preferred.
