Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Freelance Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing, for Europe. You will lead large-scale influencer campaigns for a major global consumer brand, handling creator discovery, casting, negotiations, content delivery, and performance reporting across multiple markets.

You will work with creators, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns, optimize workflows using AI-powered tools, and ensure objectives, budgets, and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• Experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of the creator landscape in at least one European market.
• Proven ability to manage campaign budgets, negotiate creator fees, and handle contracts.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude) and integration into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to delivery and reporting across assigned European markets.
• Develop project timelines, coordinate budgets, content approvals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and shortlist creators based on brand position, relevance, and performance targets.
• Negotiate fees, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and disclosures.
• Maintain regular communication with creators, clients, and internal teams; provide progress updates and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs (CPV, reach, engagement) and maintain accurate trackers and performance records.
• Analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
