Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Fluent English plus another European language.
• Based in Europe or UK with EU business hours.
• Experience managing high-volume campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong budget management and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple influencer campaigns end-to-end.
• Identify and cast creators across European markets.
• Negotiate fees and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Track CPV, reach and engagement with reports.
• Leverage AI tools for workflow and insights.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
