ADOMIK is seeking a backend engineer to develop Python services, integrate Ruby on Rails components, and build AI-driven advertising-data tools. The role focuses on production-ready features and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work remotely with an English-speaking, international team, following Paris time during a ~40-h work week and a two-hour time-zone constraint. This is a long-term engagement with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Production experience with Python and backend services.
• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails.
• Background in data analysis or data science.
• Strong SQL skills for analytical queries.
• Experience building backend apps or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git, testing, and CI/CD.
• Able to deliver production-ready features independently.
• Excellent communication in technical English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Python backend services and REST APIs.
• Contribute to Ruby codebases, preferably Rails.
• Build and evolve AI agents and MCP tools for advertising data.
• Connect data processing, SQL queries, analytics and production features.
• Work on revenue analysis, anomaly detection and explanations of revenue variations.
• Design deterministic numerical workflows and language-focused AI models.
• Work with Snowflake and AWS data platforms.
• Deliver features from design to production.
• Contribute to testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Tech, Product, Data Engineering and Data Science teams.
