Qualifications

• 8 years experience with technologies in high-throughput environments, with at least 2-3 years in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience implementing observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong DevOps mindset and experience in scaling applications on Kubernetes.

Responsabilités

• Design and own the technical vision for large-scale systems.
• Lead cross-functional technical projects from conception to completion.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to refine the technical roadmap.
• Transform the Trustpair engine by implementing new technologies.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in architecture and design.
• Implement best practices for observability, scalability, and performance.
