Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in France. You will own the visual identity across websites, sales materials, advertising, social media, and product marketing as the first dedicated designer for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business.

You will build and evolve a scalable design system, deliver polished creative work, and collaborate with the founding team to shape the brand. This is a fully remote role with US Eastern overlap.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or with SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrating cohesion across websites, sales materials, and advertising.
• Proficient in Figma and launched live websites using Webflow.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides; can create reusable templates.
• Strong typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy with high design quality.
• Fast, self-directed; can translate briefs into multiple directions without extensive guidance.
• Clear creative point of view; able to improve existing visual system.
• Comfortable remote work and managing priorities independently.
• Motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, Rive) a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS; familiarity with SEO or AI search tools.
• Able to collaborate with distributed team with at least four hours overlap with US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system with standards in Figma.
• Design and develop landing pages and website sections in Webflow.
• Build a scalable sales presentation system in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
• Produce ads and social creatives for LinkedIn and display channels.
• Create product mockups and lightweight motion assets (GIFs/animations).
• Manage publishing and asset handoffs including Webflow CMS updates.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and execute.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape visual identity.
• Work efficiently in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision.
• Help establish visual foundations for a growing category.
