Jobgether recruitment for a Forward Deployed Engineer based in France. The role is fully remote in a fast-growing environment where you’ll help customers turn AI ambitions into real production outcomes.

You’ll work directly within customer environments, designing, building, and shipping practical agentic workflows using MCPs, agent frameworks, and tool-using LLMs, collaborating with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to ensure measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical position.
• Proven experience with agentic AI and MCPs.
• Kubernetes and cloud-native operations knowledge.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner directly with customers as an embedded technical expert, taking ownership of designing, building, and deploying practical agentic solutions.
• Quickly understand new industries, business domains, customer data, technical environments, and desired outcomes.
• Identify AI and agentic workflows that can deliver measurable and realistic business value.
• Design and build proof-of-concepts and production-ready solutions using MCPs, skills, agent frameworks, tool-using LLMs, and the agent platform.
• Tailor agentic workflows to customer-specific data, systems, and operational requirements.
• Help customer engineering teams understand, adopt, extend, and ultimately take ownership of the solutions delivered.
• Conduct technical workshops, pairing sessions, enablement activities, and developer-focused engagements.
• Translate platform capabilities into practical technical solutions that customer engineers can implement and build upon.
• Capture recurring patterns, technical challenges, and product gaps from customer engagements and communicate them to the product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by helping evaluate AI use cases, scope potential solutions, and create technical examples that demonstrate value.
