Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Business Partner (EMEA) for a fully remote role that can be based in France, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic or other approved locations. You will lead complex investigations, advise on union campaigns and grievances, and partner with HR and business leaders to resolve challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR/LR or business, extensive ER/LR experience, deep knowledge of local employment laws, and professional HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in Employee Relations/Labor Relations or HRBP roles with evidence of investigations and stakeholder influence.
• Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations; experience with unions and CBAs.
• Professional certifications such as CPID, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex employee relations investigations (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations).
• Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed investigation reports and presentations.
• Guide management on labor relations issues including union campaigns, contract negotiations, and grievance resolution.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand unit-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Advise on potential restructures and role terminations within EMEA when appropriate.
