Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Labor & Employee Relations (LER) Business Partner to lead complex investigations and provide strategic guidance across the EMEA region. This remote-first role supports management, analyzes evidence, and reports findings to inform decisions.

Fluency in English and French is required, with German or Turkish helpful. You may work from France, the UK, Poland, the Czech Republic or other approved locations, with occasional travel within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Strong experience in Employee/Labor Relations and HR role with complex investigations.
• Excellent understanding of local employment laws and unions.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters.
• Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide guidance to management on labor relations issues including unions and grievance resolution.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to address challenges in assigned units.
• Advise on restructuring proposals and terminations within EMEA.
